Karla Camila Cabello Estrabao, known as Camila Cabello, was born on March 3, 1997, in the United States. She has Cuban-American heritage and gained significant fame as a member of the girl group Fifth Harmony. Cabello joined the group after participating in the American version of The X Factor in 2012 and subsequently signed a recording contract with Syco Music and Epic Records.

During her time with Fifth Harmony, they released two studio albums and an extended play (EP). Cabello left the group in December 2016 to pursue a solo career. While still part of Fifth Harmony, she recorded notable duets such as “I Know What You Did Last Summer” with Shawn Mendes and “Bad Things” with Machine Gun Kelly, the latter of which reached number four on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

After leaving Fifth Harmony, Camila Cabello collaborated with various artists on several songs, including “Hey Ma” with Pitbull, “Love Incredible” with Cashmere Cat, and her first solo single “Crying in the Club.” The song “Hey Ma,” featuring J. Balvin, was included in the soundtrack for the film The Fate of the Furious.
