The ginger tabby mom was spotted in an ancient mountain fortress in Gongju, South Korea. She looked like many other stray cats in this city, except she loved humans and she rarely moved. And, when tourists saw the girl, not many people knew that her four kittens were hiding in a safe place nearby.

Since the poor kitty only had three legs left, she could hardly wander around searching for food like normal cats and it’s hard to figure out how could she do such a wonderful job taking care of her babies after all that time living alone on the mountain. Not many locals recognized her, which meant nobody fed her frequently.

They believed she was thrown out after losing her leg and she was forced to give birth to the kittens all by herself. However, after everything that she had suffered, that golden girl was still a compassionate and friendly kitty who loved to be petted and always wanted to play and hang out with humans (if only she was able to).

And above all, the strong mommy managed to take good care of her kids despite her disability and such terrible living conditions. All of them were perfectly clean and healthy, even though they were a little scared of humans. Given that they were all born in the wild, it made sense anyway.
