Inside Joel Embiid’s stunning penthouse in Philadelphia, with city views and infinity pool

One of the most accomplished NBA players of the modern era, Joel Embiid is vying for his second Most Valuable Player award this season while also attempting to make a significant playoff push. His success on the court has resulted in financial success, whether via endorsement arrangements or contractual agreements. An additional source of income is through real estate, and according to reports, Embiid is selling a magnificent mansion in Philadelphia for $5.5 million.

101 Walnut is the penthouse located in Philadelphia’s prestigious Society Hill district. A notable attribute of the residence is its unparalleled privacy, a quality that an NBA superstar such as Joel Embiid required until his recent sale.

In 2018, following the completion of his rookie contract extension with the 76ers, Embiid acquired this residence. Having purchased the residence for $3.2 million, he is now motivated to sell it for a substantial profit.

A feature that might have influenced Embiid’s decision to sell this property is the fact that it is a multimillion-dollar opulent residence with only two bedrooms. Furthermore, the monthly maintenance fee for the property, which the ten residents of this building each contribute $3,800 to the Homeowner’s Association, is exorbitant.

In addition to a virtual doorman and state-of-the-art security systems, the building offers exclusive amenities that can be accessed from the comfort of one’s own residence via concealed elevators.
